Dear Colleagues,
Our customer is asking if use our XMS for 3rd party motor application, what's the max. counter electromotive force(V/Krpm) for our XMS 280? is the 900V is the max. value for 3rd party motor? we cannot find this value in our manual. Thank you!
Best Regards

You have to differ in between the max. DC bus voltage we allow and the internal voltage insode the motor.
For the max. DC bus voltage the value of 900 V(DC) is correct. But the maximum voltage inside the motor like for e.g. in a IndraDyn H motor, which operating speed in field weakening range, could be much higher (up to around 2,5 times higher).

Dear Uwe,
Thank you for your professional reply. just one point want to confirm.
the example value is up to around 2,5 times higher. Is this value refer to 900V, right ? like 2250V when our IndraDyn H is operating speed in field weakening range. Becasue our customer said normally the 3rd motor's internal voltage is around 1500V
