Hello.
Customer had a situation 2 times that when they powered up the system all the drives lost their references. First time was couple of months ago when they made first testings and second time was yesturday.
Not only the in-reference-bit was gone to false but also the position value was not the same as it was before the power reset. They had done power removal several times during the day and this happened only one time in that day. No parameters was changed during the day. After that they had to give the reference values manually to all the drives.
It is not possible to move drives without power so they couldn't move manually. When the power went of it is possible that one of the drives was on moving phase. Also there was engineering connection for monitoring purposes to every drive when power went off.
There are totally 5 double axis drives and every axis lost position.
Here is diagnostic trace info from one of the drives from that moment.
Is there any known cases like this? What could cause this or what could be done to prevent this from happening again?
I'm happy to give more information about the system if needed.
Also the .par file as attachment.

There are some similar cases known. Please update the firmware/runtime to FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.03

Please also check that a suppressor is installed on the mains- and control contactors.
