Hello,
On site use of 12 dual axis drivers. After normal operation for a period of time, F8022 alarm will appear. What is the reason for this? Has anyone encountered this phenomenon.

Please address to your service contact in your region and provide the parameter file saved in format "all parameters" of the axes where the F8022 error shows up. In the diagnostic trace (stored with "all parameters") a detailed diagnosis is provided which may help to find the root cause of the problem.
Usually the F8022 shows up if
- the grounding conditions of the cabinet itself and/or how the drives are connected to the base plate are bad
- the EMC conditions of the cabinet itself and/or how the connection of the cables to the drives are made are bad
- the wrong combination of motor cables to the drive firmware is used (--> for this reason please provide as well the cable types used)

Hello Uwe,
Is it possible to switch modes (CM/OM/PM) through communication or control terminals, and then reset through S99 to avoid customer restarts.

Yes, you can use the digital inputs to do so, see:
Alternatively, if anyway using a fieldbus, one may use the signal control word and the corresponding bits as shown above.
