ctrlX Drive unable to sync system time

Hello Community,

I am using ctlX drive demo unit, when i click the system time to sync the ctrlX drive time an error popped up "Error when accessing device ctrlX DRIVE [1]: Axis[1] default. Parameter access cannot be carried out".

 

ctrlX date & time:

My ctrlX version is 1.18

Anyone had this issue?

Hello Open,
I assume you operated the crtlX Drive via the IP-connection (EoE), right?
Try to operate as workaround using the connection via the ctrlX. At least that worked fine in my testcase with IDrive.

Is this still an issue in LTS version 1.20 or can this topic be closed?

Just tested with the LTS version 1.20 with drive firmware v402 the system time will sync with windows by itself, when i click on the system time it will show this:

i think this topic can be closed since the time will sync with windows by itself.
