ctrlX Drive Panel (Backup problem)

Hello,

I'm trying to execute backup and restore in the panel of ctrlX Drive. When I try the backup option (any of the three options), the panel freezes and seconds later resets, without making the backup.

The versions that I have are these:

-ctrlX Drive Version: FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0602N-NN-00

-Panel Version: FWA-XD1-PAN-V-0118.00

-Language Version: FWS-XD1-LIN-ES_____-NN-V-0112

Any ideas?

You need another panel firmware if you have a drive with SMO. Address to your application contacts at Bosch Rexroth to get this version.

I have used the files you attached but it doesn't work, the panel freezes and seconds later resets when I activate the backup. Exactly the same thing happens with the versions that I posted in the first message (Panel-V0118.00, Axis-V0602 and Language-V0112 ES). I have tried it with two different drives (without SMO) with two different panels and the result is the same, the backup cannot be done.

Please send as well the drive parameter file in format "all parameters". Because maybe there is something wrong there.

Strange thing is: in all my tests the backup/restore was functioning with this new panel firmware I sent to you.
Do you know how to correctly install both the panel and the language version files to the panel using a USB  connection?

I attach the backup file. I tried with English language and it worked but if I had the Spanish language it didn't worked.
