Encoder pinout of motor MS2N07-C0BNA-RSVB0-NCNNN-NN

Hi 
Can you help me with pin assignment of M17 connector  (Resolver encoder) on this servo engine. We ordered original cable but it will came in 3 weeks. For now i need selfmade cable for testing. It is impossible to find information cable pinout. I just found where to solder cables on D-sub connector.

Thank you for fast response, but on my servo engine it is different pinout. On picture you see that only pins 2,5,6,7,8,9 are used. This servo engine is used on Cytroforce.

Yes, sorry, you are right. there is a misprint in the E PLAN document:
+ UB on the motor side is not on pin 1 but on pin 2. --> So connect pin 15 on the drive side with pin 2 on  the motor side.
The rest of the plan is correct.

Hi thank you for your help, now it is working but i cannot find some parameters from this resolver. Indraworks need some parameters which i can't find DP/rev. I was trying to find it but i failed. It is parameter S-0-0602.x.3
