Usage of CXAC_Diagnostics see topic "How to use CXAC_Diagnostics?".
Currently to get your diagnostic messages in the PLC you have to read flatbuffer common_log_diagnosis_fbs_GetMainDiagnosisText. See topic "How can I get the diagnostic message in plain text in the PLC?". I will check to get a easier way including language selection.
Via REST the logbook API can be used. There all available language in the system are choosseable (currently de, en):
