Sorry for the late reply. I cannot find any scheduler errors in your diagnostic log. Could you please descripe your actual problem?

Actually I already solved my problem.
After going through a few CtrlX updates, I'm now on 1.18 and everything is working correctly as far as I can see.
Otherwise, before I upgraded to 1.18, when I started CtrlX it gave me the same error. I followed the procedure described above, but unfortunately when I restarted I got the error again. that's exactly why I sent the log file and configuration so that someone can check me or give me some guidance.
Thanks for the help anyway, but I think I've solved the problem with the controller upgrade at this stage.
