ctrlX CORE backup error

I am tring to backup my ctrlX CORE but i'll keep ketting an error message.

I tried it with all apps installed and even with the installed apps disabled. Both ill get a different error, see image.

What might be the problem?

what version of the system apps are you using? (RM 21.11 or VRS 1.12?)

I have version RM 21.07 - V1.10 installed

I assume you did not succeed in meantime. Do you mind to save the data operating via the "save Configuration/Solution" part.
If you update via the image1.12.7 you can upload the config and try to activate.

Indeed, still no succes at this time. I want to update my ctrlX system to from Ubunto 18 to Ubunto 20 (RM21.11 - V 1.12). In the runtime release notes it is indicated that it is recommended to make a backup by using "Backup & Restore" in case the image update should fail.

Is "save Configuration/Solution" also helpfull in case of the image update should fail?

Saving the app data (aka configurations) includes all your settings and programs you added to any application app. So data you created are stored.

In the Backup, also installed apps and system settings (like IP) are included.
