Motion bootup issue with X7 and high number of real axes

Hello,

On a customer machine with CORE X7/RM23.07 and 28 real axes (mostly XMD) when we power up the X7 EtherCAT gets to OM but Motion is stuck in Configuration mode. Then we go to the web UI and switch Motion to Running and everything is fine.

We see the same thing on a test sytem in our lab which has X7 and 40 real axes (mostly XMD).

On both systems the message below is captured on bootup "AxisPofile booting warning, booting aborted, booting timeout on fieldbus status checking". The impression is that EtherCAT isn't ready yet when Motion is trying to switch to Running. Is this a known issue? Is there a setting we should change to allow more time for EtherCAT to be ready before Motion switches to Running? Currently we work around it with code in the PLC.

this can even happen if an application does a lot of requests to the drives , e.g. read parameters from the drives by plc
This should be done if EC-Master is in OP.

the timeouts for the startup of axisprofile have been extended in app motion 1.20.6 (RM23.11)
