"WebIQ Runtime Manager" link in ctrlX UI could not find the Runtime Manager page

Hi,

I encountered an issue while attempting to run the WebIQ runtime app on my ctrlX core. It displayed a "404 - Page not found" error. However, I was able to successfully open the WebIQ designer that I had downloaded on my laptop, which suggests that my license is functioning correctly. Has anyone else experienced this problem before, and if so, how did they resolve it? I've attached some pictures for reference. My current ctrlX core version is V16, and I'm using WebIQ version 2.14. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

To clarify, you are attempting to access the WebIQ Runtime Manager via the ctrlX WebUI when you recieve this error? 

I don't believe WebIQ 2.14 is compatible with CORE firmware V16. I suggest upgrading to 1.20 LTS firmware and reinstalling WebIQ 2.14.3 if you can't access the runtime manager after a reboot of the ctrlX OS.

Hi Sgilk, it was confirmed that WebIQ 2.14 was not compatible with CORE firmware V1.16. The problem had solved after I upgraded to V1.20. Thanks

I still face the same issue even i have upgraded to v1.20 and there is no 2.13 webIQ version to be installed in collaboration room.

I assume you should install WebIQ 2.14 on v1.20?

To describe the background:

WebIQ 2.14 expects ctrlX v1.20, because the link auf the "WebIQ Runtime Manager" in ctrlX UI is mapped to the reverse proxy server of ctrlX. But you can still use WebIQ without the reverse proxy. Just use the port 10123 URL, which is known from previous WebIQ versions.

This is working for both: WebIQ Runtime Manager (http://192.168.0.1:10123/.webui/) and WebIQ project (http://192.168.0.1:10123/yourFolder/). Please verify the different protocol http using prot 10123 https using reverse proxy.
