WebIQ designer doesn't detect license on CtrlX Works

Hello,

I'm trying to install the WebIQ license on my laptop/PC but WebIQ designer doesn't detect my license.

I have generated a license and installed the license in CtrlX Works:

If I open WebIQ I get the License activation window:

I did the installation according To "WebIQ 2.12.1 Installation and Licensing settings for ctrlX.pdf"

Did you create the special shortcut as described?

It seems that you purchased a license for a ctrlX CORE but installed it in our ctrlX WORKS software. I think you have to add this license to your device via our licensing center (See FAQ Licensing with ctrlX AUTOMATION). Then upload license file to the ctrlX CORE itself and use the special shortcut mentioned by @webiq-sk to directly connect to this control.

The other available license would be for the designer itself (see store area in the community).
