Nach einem Update auf V2.2.3 ist eine Installation der App WebIQ 2.14.3 nicht möglich. Siehe Screenshot.

The error "Temporary failure in name resolution", i.e. it obviously cannot resolve the IP address of snapstore.boschrexroth.com anymore, would suggest to me that you should not be able to install ANY application on that system at the moment.

Maybe you can try that?

WebIQ server 2.14.3 needs a core20 app as a base to be installable and then run afterwards. Our ctrlX CORE from 2.x on is based on core22 so app cannot be used out of the box.

As a workaround you can use a core20 app from the system apps of ctrlX CORE version 1.20.x and install it beside your 2.x system apps.

Due to changed technical boundary conditions in ctrlX 2.x, the WebIQ license is no longer reliably recognized there. To solve this problem, extensive adaptations are implemented in WebIQ, which are to be released with version 2.15. How long this will take is not yet known.
