HSC01 C0104 status

I have an issue with 3 indradrives HSC01.
They are all communicating via ethercat with the PLC. 3 of the drives are showing the status "C0104 Config. IDN for MDT not configurable".
When the issue appeared, the communication was set back to sercos and they all had the same ip address.
Upon changing back to ethercat and setting up a new ip if I reboot them they go nack to initial configuration.
On twincat side they show the status "errop".
Im wondering if this is a hardware issue or configuration since the machine was operational for many years now without issue.

The error itself is telling that a parameter was added to the cyclic data that is not allowed to be.

Was was done before the error occurred the first time? Have there been any changes in  firmware version, parameter settings or or any Startup parameters added?

Please beware that the EtherCat master on switching up the fieldbus is writing several parameter of drives like e.g. the address.

Please provide parameter file in the faulty state in format "all parameters". As "CodeSheperd" tells something is wrong in the assigning of the real time data.
