Hello,
Driving a third-party linear motor, if it works for a certain distance, an error F8078 will be reported.
Have you ever encountered such a situation.

This indicates a problem on the mechnical side that you need more force at the position where the error shows up or the encoder has certain problems to provide the right signals.
Anyway I guess that you should increase the parameter P-0-0004 (speed controller smoothing time constant) from 300 us to a higher value like 2000 or even 4000 us.
Best provide a frequency response analysis of the speed loop:

Hello Drives_Uwe,
After repeated testing, when the speed exceeds 1.5m/s, an alarm F8078 will sound. It was found that the maximum output frequency of the encoder is 20MHz, and the driver can receive a maximum of 10MHz. This may be due to this. After the customer replaced the sine and cosine encoders, everything was normal and could meet the customer's requirement of 2.4m/s.
Thank you for your reply.
