OPA UA Alarms

Is there anything required so that alarms configured in the PLC application are transmitted to the OPA UA server and accessible by a UA client as events? According to CODESYS Help, it is only necessary to add the library CmpOPCUAProviderAlarmConfiguration. However,  I cannot find to install this library. Am I missing something, or does PLC Engineering do something different that already publishes alarms to OPC UA without that specific library?

I am not, in fact. All of my visualization is done via third-party software communicating with OPC UA. The only 'CODESYS' I am using is ctrlX PLC Engineering.

OPC UA Alarms and Events are not yet implemented inside the ctrlX CORE. Basic functions should be available with RM24.03 (version 2.06). PLC functions to send Events from the PLC are on the development list, but not yet scheduled.

Like mentioned the ctrlX AUTOMATION - OPC UA Server is supporting server events.

Currently there is no provider sending any in the ctrlX OS, but we are working on it. You could also create your own data provider.
