Unresolved reference: 'CODEMGETCONTENTBYFIRMCODE2' when trying to setup a WebVisu

Hi, 

I'm trying to setup a web visualization and when downloading to the controller I get the error message :

[FATAL ERROR] Unresolved reference: 'CODEMGETCONTENTBYFIRMCODE2'

I'm using a virtual controller with an image of V1.12.19 and ctrlX WORKS V1.12.10. I tried with a brand new project with only an empty visualization and get the exact same error.

I read on a This thread that it might be because I have different version of the PLC app on the controller and the PLC engineering. The problem is I'm the opposit situation compared to the post. I have V1.12.5 on the controller and V1.12.3 on PLC engineering. Is there a way to 

a) Update the version in PLC engineering to V1.12.5 or

b) Download the V1.12.3 of the app to downgrade it on the controller?

As I suggest you are trying to use a CodeSys WebVisu  moved your topic to the according forum.

You will need to use at least a version 1.18 of PLC engineering. See this topic for further information. I would suggest to use actual version 1.20.

I can only get up to 1.12.10 for ctrlX WORK on the collaboration room. Am I doing something wrong? Anyway, thanks for your previous answer!

The newer versions are in pre-release state. So you need to ask for access for this software. Please have a look in the FAQ for ctrlX Store access level 3 for further information.
