We are trying to run the following 4 axis SCARA robot: https://www.rprobotic.com/products/python450-b6-scara-industrial-robots/ The rotate J3 and Z axis are mechanically coupled , therefore as the Z linearly, the rotate must also turn hold the angle oreintation. This is a common setup and needs the K2 factor like that of the MLC.

When an EFC is on the ethercat network of the ctrlX core, an efc will not be seen in the scan for devices in the 'ctrlx Automation' or the 'control unit' cases. However doing an IP address search will find an EFC drive via EOE. Is it is possible in the future to support communiations to an EFC via the 'ctrlx Automation' method?

What is required to get MC_ReadActualVelocity and MC_ReadAcutalTorque to operate? In my testing they always return 0. Is there a way for these function to read S-0-0084/S-0-0040 configured in AT so they update the data cyclically.

The solution was that the Position input of MC_Home must within the range of the software travel limits (S-0-0049, S-0-0050), even if software travel limits are not enabled.

I do not see enough informaiton in the link to successfully setup. Is there an example configuration? Two task are created with priorities outside of the allowable range and only. In the second task is there a program call needed? Are there particular settings for the ethernet port in the PLC program and the ctrlx core network settings?
