Hello, the configuration dialoges are Beckhoff specific for the modules within Twincat. In ctrlX IO Engineering is a possbility to use the "Startup Parameters" tab, there settings can be made. This is possible for modules which support CoE, like EL3102. For EL3702 you need to select in the tab "process data" the check box of the sample value you like to use, than the "I/O mapping" get updated with this extra data. Looks like in pre-settings is wrong, becuase initial Ch2 is available but not Ch1, this can lead in this WKC / LRD error. Please see screenshots

Hello, this is a result to any issue in the PLC program. In your screenshot it's not visible, the many errors in message window and the exception also not. Suggest to check your code for string related issues (it's pointing to concat), check array, structure and pointer as well. We provide check functions, they can be added via context menu of "Application" -> "Inserting templates..." add the CheckFunctions When you cannot solve it, some more info of your errors will be helpful.

Hi, depends on the interface (e.g. Ethercat, OPC-UA, TCP/IP,...) you're planning to connect the devices. e.g. Ethercat Master supports in v1.8.0 up to 64 devices and 512 Byte data, you can find this in the feature description of Ethercat Master. You can find this in ctrlX documentation as "EtherCAT Master– Features"
