Hello, did you consider to seperate the ecat-members in different sync-units... that can continue the communication in operational for those components in the line which are still connected.  SyncUnit is configured in the IOConfig.  Healting/restarting the ECAT master will integration missing member again. Hello ! you mention the connection to the S7-device via a switch connected on XF10. How to you run the engineering. Do you mind to shift it to XF51 for testing? Does the switch suits PN ? Can you present the log-register-info of the codesys PNController site. IP Seting and Naming is already done? I will leave you a note for the exchange in case not all info is supposed to be spread. Hello, I will forward the claim to RuD colleagues and recomment to operate with the Core-Virtual in meantime.  Are you familiar with the virtualCore (ctrlX-Works -> Device add a ctrlXOSDevice). Modify the Device by update to a new target und download und run the code an the PLC_App loaded before. Having the Datalayer available is one benefit.
