Hi lec In V1.20 it's not possible to create a new folder via WebUI within the app data (with V=>2.4 it is). With V1.20 you have two possibilites: make a archive of the app data, download and unpack it, insert a diagnostic folder, make a zip file and upload and activate the archive. Then the new folder should be visible (go to ... and activate File view)  or via WebDAV protocoll t.e. with the software WinSCP. With WebDAV you have access to the app data and you could create own folder etc. ... View more
