As we we were in direct contact: We can reproduce the behavior and like to share a workaround. The problem was introduced with new version of the ESI files that our engineering cannot handle correctly. We are in contact with CODESYS to solve this. An older versions of that file can be installed to get rid of the problem. As Beckhoff does not provide older files on their website please get in direct contact with us or the supplier to get the version from November 2022. We checked this behaviour and saw that the jog functionality in the axisinterface needs at least two cycles to be activated correctly because of internal state machines. We will improve this in one of our next versions. Hello, this is a known issue and adressed. This occurs especially if the profile-variables are mapped automatically. To solve you Problem you can save your configuration to an archive. Now the axisprofile will be stored remanent. Or go to your axisprofile do a dummy change and press save, then this axisprofile will be saved. Regards Michael ... View more
