Hello, Sorry for not being clear. The customer is trying to publish an existing project onto a 2.13 version of WebIQ on the Core and when they get to the screen that says 'Publishing' the system hangs and never completes. He tried to Create a new copy of the project and load as 'Publish as Copy'. That did not work as well. I know that at one point during testing they also saw the log message ' The HMI project could not be loaded as there already exists an active workspace for it.' My customer is having a similar issue. Updated to 2.13 Designer and was unable to publish the project to the CtrlX Core, frozen at the publishing window. They have updated the Core app and the Designer to matching versions, and they have tried fully uninstalling the Designer software. They tried to rename the project to 'project_v2' and use 'Publish as Copy' instead of just publishing an update and that also doesn't work. They did test creating a new blank project in 2.13 and that was able to publish without issue. But their main customer project gets hung up every time they try something to get it loaded.

Hello, I'm trying to configure an oscilloscope in the Oscilloscope app to view position data from my Indradrive I have connected. I can see the data in the motion tree under NRT data, but I need RT data in order to see anything meaningful. However, when I look in the NodeRT tree and check the Motion tree and the Fieldbus tree, I don't see any data options to select for the scope. All the boxes are greyed out and when I expand them, they don't show me any options. If I look in the Data Layer under the Fieldbus tree, I can see the realtime data I am looking for. Why can't I assign that to my oscilloscope as well.

Hello, I haven't seen any update to this. I see 1.16 was just released, but I don't see anything in the release notes for the Motion app saying this issue was resolved with MPE Indradrives and the CtrlX Core functioning. Can anyone confirm if this is resolved in 1.16 or is still an open issue? Is there a solution to get MPE drives to work with CtrlX?

Hello, Thanks for checking on this issue. It is very strange and I hope to find a resolution. Attached is the new system log with axisprofile trace enabled before I trigger the fault. Please let me know if you find anything.
