As georgkueh states, it is now possible to install the CODESYS Package Designer in ctrlX PLC Engineering (1.18 or later): Thus it is no longer necessary to use vanilla CODESYS to create packages. One caveat: previous versions of the package designer allowed end user license agreements (EULA) in pdf format. This is no longer the case. Now only .htm or .html formats are recognized. Older packages (i.e. ones that included EULAs in pdf format) will install without the user being forced to agree to terms. For example, ctrlX PLC CDS_SM Adaption 1.16.0.0.package currently installs without user review of the EULA.

Hi, Issue I believe has been resolved. The computer I was using during that time had a major windows issue and the system actually failed. I have since had my computer replaced. I have installed all the software and had zero issues. Not sure of the specific cause, but I would say it involved something corrupted or missing on my old computer and localized to it. Thanks

Hello. I think you should increase the watchdog step by step (1sec steps) to find out, how long it takes the ctrlX CORE virtual to handle the task on your PC. Be aware, that you don't have a realtime environment. kind regards
