In case anyone issues the same error message but with the full installation package. You must extract the archive because otherwise it won't find the packages and tries to download them online.

If you only reboot a single slave the master will not try to recover it automatically. You will have to trigger again a switch to OP via the master.

Hello, No we cannot access if the Optimized is turned on as the same won't have any fixed offset addresses. Rather Standard block access will put all the variables into one data block by creating offsets for the same, So the variables can be read using that address Hope this clarifies. it seems, that it is a bug in the Modbus App and will be fixed probably in the next release. Therefore this can be closed.
