Hello. What is your PLC, Siemens? Can you Reset this error, if you switch Pre-Op and Op over the Drive Engnineering without Reboot? What happens if the PLC runs before the drive starts, then it´s works?

There exist a initialize method to parametrize the drive correctly, alternative use one time the dotnet example DriveTool.exe to make this initialization of the drive.

Normally this should work. Are you really using the right CoDeSys version? It should be a real time version (RTE).
