The required changes will be available in ctrlX MOTION App 1.14. There will be a possibility to choose if you want to read the scaling from drive (which is not working in your case) or to define the the scaling on control side These settings can be configured in Motion app

Hello, I do not know your drive type but it looks like there is a support for Ethercat Ds402 communication. So far your configuration looks good - but your drive type was not tested in combination with our Motion as far as I know. What version of Motion App do you use? In general: In our Motion you do not need to map the Diagcode - this is optional. In your case it looks like the Motion App trys to read objects while switching to running mode which it cant find on drive side. In next release there will be the possibility to define if we want to read the setting from drive or simply define it on Motion side. I guess this will solve your issue. Best regards

You are right. But also have in mind this requires more effort and system knowledge (i.e. parameters) when controlling a drive from PLC, because you can not use the motion FBs. Best regards.

Hello dude, like in the past with our Indradrive it is also possible with ctrlX DRIVE to use operating modes with drive internal interpolation for application as mentioned by you. With these opmodes you can control the drive directly out of your PLC or an App without a motion axis. Therfore you can use operation mode "drive-controlled positioning" or the simple "drive-internal interpolation" 1. Drive-internal interpolation Use S-0-0259.0.0 (velocity), S-0-0260.0.0 (acceleration) and S-0-0359.0.0 (deceleration) to configure the behaviour. As soon as you send a new target positon to S-0-0258.0.0 the drive will start positioning. 2. Drive-controlled positioning Use S-0-0282.0.0 (position command value), S-0-0259.0.0 (velocity), S-0-0260.0.0 (acceleration) and S-0-0359.0.0 (deceleration) to configure the behaviour. Use S-0-0346.0.0 (position control word) to start or interupt the movement. This op mode can also be used for a more advanced motion when using sequential block mode. Best regards
