ctrlX I/O Engineering / PLC Engineering V12 - Half english / Half german

Hello,

A customer of ours have a problem where half of the dialogs are not translated to english.

As you see here the project name is german, but also alot of the dialogs, everything under Help is german, all buttons in the EtherCat scanning dialog has german tooltips etc.

They are using V12 with Swedish Windows 11.

In China, most of customers use the windows with Chinese as default language. ctrlX WORKS half Chinese, half German. 

Please test the language show items(at least the simple language "return", "Ok" should be checked) before every release.

Our development department make many system test the check the complete ctrlX family. Here it seems that there is a problem with the language settings of the windows and ctrlX.

We will check this in detail..
