Files for generating API-Clients

I'm following the latest how-to article (GENERATE API CLIENT LIBRARIES FROM ENGINEERING API) and seems like I'm missing "API-CodeGenerator" folder (I'm running Works version 1.12.1).

Can someone share the missing files?
