Error "communication Timeout" when starting virtual cntrol

I have encounter this error when starting a virtual control.

Kindly advise.

Hello

it seems you try to work with the virutal control during you connected via VPN to the bosch network. Here the virtual control will not work.

For workaround you can either

• disable VPN connection and start the virtual control again
• activate port forwarding

  

No the start of the virtual control should work....

I am able to start the virtual controller with your second recommended option of port forwading with 8022:22,8443:443,8740:11740,8840:4840.

However the 3D demo is still not working with page error.

I would like to able to run the virtual control with VPN skype call with customer during this lockdown.
