Is it possible to move multiple motors synchronously using the AxisInterface template in the PLC app without using gantry mode?

Depending on how exact synchronicity has to be you can simply add movement commands for all axis in one cycle and so they will work together. See the example "DemoBufferedAxisCommands" in the template.

The gantry functionality of ctrlX MOTION is already available in the standard version (SWL-XC*-MOT-STDMOTION****-NNNN - R911400503, SWL-XC*-MOT-STDMOTION**10-NNNN - R911414460).

No, the sync motion is not supported by the motion interface up till now.
