Please see the behavior of the MC_Stop for the ctrlX Version 2.27

I think the behavior of the PLCOpen status "Stopping" you talking about.

Yes this is different to the PLCOpen specification, but it is more correct. In my opinion the Stopping should change to Standstill as soon the MC_STOP.Done is going to TRUE, like we have it in case of short Execute shown in the PLCOpen spec.
