RMB_PLCopenEtherCAT_SoE for ctrlX

In the MLC we have the RMB_PLCopenEtherCAT_SoE function blocks for controlling PLC axes over EtherCat.

Is there any plans for making this avaiable in ctlX

It's possible to import the library but it requires the old RIL_Commontypes that is not possible to insert in the library manager;

The easiest way to do further tests is to change the RIL_CommonTypes library via a placeholder to CXA_CommomTypes. This I did already for other libraries. But As I do not know what exactly is in the RMB_PLCopenEtherCAT_SoE I cannot promise that it will work.

Please also check the CXA_EtherCatMaster library withIL_EtherCatSoeRead, IL_EtherCatSoeWrite and IL_EtherCatSoeCommand for acyclic communication. As e.g. used in this thread.

The error handling in RIL_CommonTypes seems changed;

This would probably be very easy to fix with the library source, but with the compiled one it might not be possible.

sorry, but currently it is not planned  to release the RMB libraries for ctrlX CORE.
