No available data and PLC program gone after reboot

I got a call from our customer that the machine suddenly stopped. when going online i saw the following dashboard. all data was unavailable.

I rebooted the core and all app started exept for the PLC. I tried to go online but i got the notification that the was no application in the core. Luckily i have the back-up but how can it be that my entire PLC program was gone?!

while creating the system report I got a couple of errors see 'protocol.png'

Note: I Got the call around 2023-06-28 12:40, maybe that it helps searching for the error. The customer has cycled the power of the main cabinet before calling, so some data may be lost.

As there went something wrong by the creation of the system report could you please tell which versions of all apps are used?

Hello!

Checking the systemreports leads to the assumption that either the PLC-bootproject was "rejected" during the bootup because init-failures during the startup ... ( if so - the PLC-Run folder shows a renamed Application.err instead of Application.app. Activating the check-function can help to identify the rootcause ( access beyond defined array etc.)
Next weeks upcoming motion.app 1.20P3 will cover a issue listed in the exception.log .

I have also seen the behavior of the PLC Program disappearing with 1.20.  I believe the PLC app still said a boot program was present in the web interface, but no program ever loaded on boot up.  I am curious to hear what the root cause is once found.

the behaviour confirmed by you above ( bootproject gone, by renaming ) had been monitored, analyzed and fixed.
Please continue with the upcoming 1.20 LTS version coming up beginning of August.
