Indralogic Visualization, Trace and Symbol missing on new PLC 1.12 version

Hello,

After updating to the last 1.,12 CtrlX Works and Indralogic PLC vesrion I could not load and find the following Indralogic features:

1. Trace

2. Visualization

3. Symbols

When I try to open a 1.10 project I got the message you can see in the attached file. The message says tha tI should load the project with PLC version 1,10 ( of course before it was working ) or load the missing 1.12 Indralogic Codesys packages.

But where could I found the packeges that must be loaded to return to the working situation ?

How could solve this problem ?

Hello,

to identify this issue please answer the following questions:

1. What version of ctrlX WORKS did you use before the update?
2. Did you install ctrlX WORKS 1.12.1 or 1.12.2?
3. Are you able to create a new project with symbols and visualizations?

In any case, I recommend to you to do a repair installation. IF this doesn't solve the problem you may forward your project to our support.

1. Before the update I use the versio 1.10.6

2. Now I updated to 1.12.2

3. No, even in a new Virtual Control I could not use Visualization, Trace and Symbol

Question: to do the repair I should download the CtrlX verisione 12.2 from our App Store and install ut again ??

I downloaded the CtrlX installation file version 12.2.2 from our store and repared my installation and now all the features are working again.
