IO update not working plc warning 0A1E001 plc_drv_datalayer error on io update on instance 0

Hello,

Our customer L'Oreal has a problem with the IO update on a CtrlX version 1.20.11. The application is very simple :

1 CtrlX Core X3

1 Ethercat BK with 1 Input module 16I

They read 2 inputs to update a counter on the rising edge of the input 2 in a PLC program.

The application is working since june 2024 but last friday this error came up and the counter stop working.

Please could you help us to undestand and solve the problem ?
