Error save/archive PLC Engineering project

Hello,

A customer has problems with PLC Engineering 1.20.1 not allowing him to save or archive the project. Attached is a picture of the error.
Any idea why this is happening?

Or maybe something wrong with the project synchronization ... Try to delete the cache.

Is it a prinicple problem (no project can be saved => you should check the installation (repair or delete and reinstall) or only that special project can not be saved?
