I use ctrlX Works in a virtual machine! After updating from Version 12.1 to 14.1 I always get following error when creating a new project! See attached picture (Pic_1). It looks like the following functions cannot be imported (Pic_2).
I also get an error if I want to insert a template ( in my case the AxisInterface ) see Pic_3.
I have already uninstalled and then reinstalled ctrlX Works. Also a repair installation did not work!
Hello Alex_K, congratulations - you found a malfunction and I need to report that it to RuD. Easy reproducable. Since the fix is not yet done, do you mind to operate with ctrlX-Works installation RM2207 coming soon (end of next week) or I over projectarchive in the meantime generated based on my prerevision and you can import.
after intensive discussion and aims to reproduce we want you to check the Installation the ctrlXWorks and included ctrlX-PLCEng installation. We assume that the VirusScanner has impact on the correct installation routine. Maybe you and view report from the virus-Scanner checking for tags like rexroth / ctrlX .. But we really want you to - deinstall your ctrlX-Works 1.14.x - deactivate the VirusScanner for the time of - installing the 1.14.x new. - Check the PLCEng afterwards.
