CtrlX PLC 2.6.6 Installer Bugs

When Upgrading from PLC Engineering 2.6.1 -> 2.6.6 I noticed the following things
1. I had an IT Conflict that caused all codesys packages not to be installed however the installation showed as successful. (Obviously, the system could not open any files correctly)
--This is resolved by installing as admin but the installer should probably not show successful in this case.
--One of the main issues is user preferences will end up getting wiped in this case as a full reinstall is required

2. CODESYS.Licensing.Support, Version 1.0.0.0 is required for the professional developer and is no longer included this means that professional developer packages can not be used without manually pulling that library which is not readily available.

I checked this with my installation. As you can see in the screenshot the version 1.2.0.0 is available. Please check the installed add-ons by using the Add-On Installer. Maybe problem 1 caused problem 2. If you want us to check for installation errors, please add the logfiles in folder C:\ProgramData\Rexroth\PackageManager\Logs to this ticket.
