Connection Problems with PLC Engineering - Gateway not configured

Hello everyone,

since this morning we have connection problems to our ctrlX core. The connection setup worked before without any problems.

When we try to connect to the core, the message appears that no active path is defined. See image 1. If we click "Yes" we will get to the page in the backgroung. Here the connection test is successful. A connection is still not possible.

When we try to switch to the online configuration mode, the error message "Gateway not configured" appears. See picture 2. The controller can be pinged without any problems.

Could you please tell us which version of ctrlX PLC Engineering is used?

Did you change any network settings?

Did you install other version of ctrlX WORKS or Indraworks in the meantime?

Hello,

I think you're using ctrlX WORKS 1.20.0. We had a problem, that sometimes the PLC gateway settings made some problems. Please check our new release ctrlX WORKS 1.20.2. This issue should be fixed here.
