Can use both AxisInterface and PLCOpen in one Project ？

I have a question,I want to know if it possible to use both AxisInterface and PLCOpen in one Project?

Can I use PLCOpen command to control axis and use AxisInterface function to read axis parameter,because I want to read axis parameter by synchronizaton.
