Motion FlexProfile

Hello,

I have some basic queries about what I need to use Motion FlexProfile on Ctrlx Core in Drive:

1. I believe I need the Motion Electronic Gear add-on (R911417992), Motion FlexProfile add-on (R911417994) and PC Cam Designer (R911421308). Do I also need the CODESYS - Softmotion add-on (R911411672) or is the CODESYS Softmotion (used for electronic cams etc) independent to the Motion FlexProfile handling?

2. Is Motion FlexProfile supported with the 1.20 apps / CtrlX Works or do you need to use >=2.02?

To be technical able to use the camming function of the ctrlX MOTION you need to have this app and the ctrlX CORE system on version >=2.02. So access to pre-release area on the collaboration room is needed.

And following licenses:

1. ctrlX OS License - Motion Standard 4 Axes R911400503 - SWL-XC*-MOT-STDMOTION****-NNNN (or ctrlX OS License - Motion Standard 10 Axes
   R911414460 - SWL-XC*-MOT-STDMOTION**10-NNNN)
2. Additionally ADD-ON ELECTRONIC GEAR R911417992 - SWL-XC*-MOT-ELECGEAR*****-NNNN
   
3. Additionally ADD-ON CAMMING R911417993 - SWL-XC*-MOT-CAM**********-NNNN
   
4. Additionally ADD-ON FLEXPROFILE R911417994 - SWL-XC*-MOT-FLEXPROFILE**-NNNN
   
   

CAM Designer (licence needed: R911421308 - SWL-PC*-MOT-CAMDESIGNER**-NNNN) is optional, as the flex profiles can also be created via REST or PLC.

The CODESYS Softmotion is totally independent of the ctrlX MOTION and so not needed.

To note I could not see an option for ADD-ON CAMMING R911417993 - SWL-XC*-MOT-CAM**********-NNNN in the configurator or referenced as a requirement in any Release Milestone presentations

As this license was added just recently, it will be added to the ctrlX Configurator in one of the next updates.
