MB_FlexProfile, MB_CamIn slave offset

I have a FlexProfile in which the follower axis advances 5 degrees over a 360 degree master cycle:

With ProfileEntry=SLAVE_ORIGIN_MASTER_ORIGIN, SwitchPosition=0 and SwitchProfileOnPos=TRUE, the FlexProfile completes its cycle normally when the OpMode is retriggered. Expected behaviour: FlexProfile completes its cycle normally after OpMode retrigger.

However, under the same conditions as above, any changes to SlaveOffset take immediate effect:

Is this the intended behaviour?  Is there any way to postpone the application of the SlaveOffset delta until the end of cycle? 

Same question for MB_CamIn, which behaves similarly.

This is a known topic and already addressed internally. Changes are planned for version 3.6 coming up in April 2025.
