Hello,
A colleague updated his X3 from 1.8 to 3.2 using the microSD system image. When booting up or switching from Service to Operating he gets this error about licensing related to Motion.
The description of the error doesn't make sense. He already has a Motion Standard 4-axis license - this license should not depend on another license as a "basis". The error would make more sense if he had an add-on license for Cartesian Kinematics or Cam without having Motion Standard 4-axis. He only has 1 axis configured, no kinematics, and the error error happens as soon as Operating mode is reached. He is able to clear this and run but we don't understand why we get this message. We made sure the system time is correct. I attached a system report.
Best regards,
Brian

Hello Brian
it is a known issue and the development department is working on this. In our case we got the message that flexprofile requests the cam license although no sync motion opmodes was used...
It will be fixed with the version 3.4.
As a bad workaround you have to install the requested licenses...
Regards
Jochen
