General axis command error

Hi Community,

I am facing issue when setting up the motion app. 

When i tried power on:

General axis command error · Device error - power failed · motion/axs/Axis_1
091F2002 / 0C550101 · 10/15/2024 3:55:43 PM.180

When i tried to reset:
Error in axis reset command · Timeout when switching to drive operation mode · motion/axs/Axis_1
091F200E / 0C550180 · 10/15/2024 3:56:09 PM.564

Anyone know how to solve?

Please also add the used version of the ctrlX OS system apps, ctrlX MOTION and ctrlX EtherCat app. Or simply add a system report of your ctrlX OS. See How to generate a system report and switch on additional traces).

Hi @CodeShepherd , Thank you for your reply. i have managed to solve this issue by factory resetting the ctrlX using a SD card.
