Cannot switch to "Running" configuring a ctrlX Drive in CoE with FSoE

Hello,

I am trying to command a ctrlX Drive throught CoE and with FSoE with a ctrlX Core X7 V2.6 and I have also plugged a SAFEXC15 as a FSoE Master,

I have configured the drive in modulo but the problem is that if try to switch to "Running" the system does not allow me and two errors appears,

I do not know how to create this "axisprofile" task and I have configured the axis in this way,

What should I do?

Which firmware version are you using in the ctrlX DRIVE?

Hello, can you provide a systemreport of your control with the active app data included.

In case of a SAFEX in your project it could be a problem with the configuration. In this case you can see it on ethercat. If one devices doesn't go to OP there could be a problem with the FSoE connections.

Are there any news? is this still a problem?

This problem can appear when the IO configuration was changed while machine is running. You have to switch the ctrlX MOTION to configuration and back to operating or reboot the control.
