Unable to Install Plugins

I am using the IoT Dashboard app on the CORE and want to install plugins. However, whenever I try to install a plugin, I get the message "You do not have permission to install this plugin," as shown in the attached image. Multiple instruction articles that show the process of installing plugins say to log in as a server admin to install them. I believe I have server admin access but cannot find another reason as to why I am being restricted. How do I get access to install these plugins to use on my dashboard?

Plugin installation is not supported in the current version of the IoT Dashboard application. At this time, you would need to create a custom snap of Grafana to allow this functionality.

its possible to install grafana plugins since the Version 02.02 of the IoT Dashboard App.
