@NgBaLoc_DCAZ_VN thanks for your message - I cannot directly answer you that but asked some of our technical guys for help. Unfortunately, I only read it now, and week-end in Germany starts now. Therefore please be patient, it could take until Monday/Tuesday that you receive an answer.
Best,

@NgBaLoc_DCAZ_VN: To start sorting that out a bit: What is the meaning of CI department?

Hi IoT-Rainmaker,
It's Information technology (IT) department.
I am so sorry, our internal IT department was called CI department.
Best Regards

ok thanks! MQTT explorer is a behaving like a standard MQTT client, means it tries to send a message by MQTT over TLS via port 8883 to the IP address of the ctrlX. If you cannot connect that means that something on the way is blocked. Since it works on your home laptop, I fear that you have to talk to the Bosch IT to get it sorted out.
One thing you can try: go to test.mosquitto.org. Try to connect to test.mosquitto.org with your MQTT Explorer on your work laptop. Let me know if you can connect.
