Hello,
how can I configure the analog inputs EL3102 and particularly EL3702 (with oversampling) in the ctrlX I/O Engineering tool?
Both EtherCAT slaves are detected by the master, however they do not reach OP-state (in contrast to the other connected I/Os).
The slave diagnostics shows no error, however the master shows the error messages "slave init command working counter error"/ "cyclic command WKC error on LRD".
Thank you.

Hello,
up to now we do not have any experience with these devices. Did you check the Beckhoff manuals regarding any special settings. For us it is difficult to analyze your issue, because we do not have these devices.
kind regards

Hello,
the configuration dialoges are Beckhoff specific for the modules within Twincat.
In ctrlX IO Engineering is a possbility to use the "Startup Parameters" tab, there settings can be made. This is possible for modules which support CoE, like EL3102.
For EL3702 you need to select in the tab "process data" the check box of the sample value you like to use, than the "I/O mapping" get updated with this extra data. Looks like in pre-settings is wrong, becuase initial Ch2 is available but not Ch1, this can lead in this WKC / LRD error.

Hello,
if I understand correctly, there are no problems with the use of oversampling clamps with the ctrlx core, like the El3702. Can you confirm this?
best regards
