Static IP address WR21 WebPanel

Hello,
I am not able to assign a static IP address to my WebPanel WR21. I tried to set the IP address in the setting of "Network and internet". After tapping on "Ethernet" and "Setting Ethernet" I can turn on the switch of "use static settings" and fill in the IP adress and the subnet mask. Trying to save the change, a massage appears on the bottom with the massage "Networkinformation is not complete, please fill in the complete". In my case there is no gateway and also no domain1 or domain2. 

How can I assign a static IP address to an WR21 WebPanel?

Hello V_A,

Try assigning ip address to ETH1 and connect your network cable to ETH2 in WR21.

interface of ethernet 1 and 2 are interchanged.

Ethernet 1 is XETH2, Ethernet 2 is XETH1

Did you tried to fill in every option of an adapter configuration even if you do not need it? (e.g. gateway, domain 1 and domain 2 of picture Eingabe.jpg) Even if this is not needed or used, the system needs it so save the settings...

thanks for your answer it is also the solution. My mistake was the wrong formate of the domain1. The write formate is for exampe "1.1.1.1". The Problem is now solved.
